Mackay's Local Aircon, Solar & Roof Cleaning Specialists

Prompt and professional experience! Our air cons were well over due for a thorough clean, after ringing a few businesses for quotes these guys were affordable and arrived by the end of the week. The house hasn't been this cool in a long time! Highly recommend Mackay Aircon & Solar Cleaning.

Very happy with the clean of our aircons. I contacted Mackay Aircon & Solar Cleaning last minute and they were very accommodating & friendly & they fit me in with short notice. Would definitely recommend!!

Very happy with the service. Everything was done fast and efficiently. All of the aircons cleaned are now running a lot cooler and has helped with my sinuses and allergies. Would definitely recommend.

From the moment I made this booking I knew I had made a good choice — speaking to the friendly team on the phone was such a joyful experience and the communication after was perfect. My mum was at home to meet them and said they were so lovely and did an amazing job. I could tell straight away the difference in the smell and feel of the air. So grateful to have found someone local with such incredible prices!

This was such an easy process to arrange — very responsive, reasonably priced, technicians very courteous and cleaned up after themselves. Would definitely recommend! Thank you!

Amazing service! Contacted these guys for cleans and they had us booked in within days for our 2 houses. 11 units all up smelling amazing and working great. Prompt and easy to communicate with and very friendly. Will definately use yearly for cleans!

I was extremely fortunate to get Dee's team this morning to clean my aircons. Her service is superior to all past businesses that we have used in the 14 years we have lived here. As all the other 5 star reviews have said the same as my experience, I can wholeheartedly recommend them as an outstanding family business and wish them huge success!

They did a great job in accommodating our needs at short notice. We were impressed by their ability to fit us in last minute, which showed their flexibility and commitment to customer satisfaction. Their service was reliable and professional, and we highly recommend them.

Highly recommend these lovely people! I found black/toxic mould in our aircons and I messaged them straight away on a Saturday afternoon and they got back to me within an hour and had it booked for that very Monday. The aircons instantly worked better and the house smells clean and fresh again. So happy with their service!

Thank you Mackay Aircon & Solar Cleaning for doing a great job of cleaning my air cons and solar panels. The aircons are cooling down so much better in this heat we are experiencing at present. Hopefully the solar panel clean will lower my monthly electricity account. Thank you for the communication skills you have with booking a service, then following through messages until completion of the work was done. Communication and follow up is sadly lacking in a lot of businesses these days — you nailed it with your communication and service delivery. Well done. I for one will be recommending your services, accolades to small local business.

I have used these guys for everything! They have been really helpful and time efficient. Their prices are reasonable for what you need. Great communication and happy to have them back again!

Dee and Dan did an excellent job cleaning our solar panels and 3 air conditioners. They were fantastic to deal with from start to finish. Lovely kind people, on time, and the job was quick, easy and thorough. Price was very good. Will use them again and highly recommend them. Thank you for your great communication and excellent job. Regards, Jan and Jason (Beaconsfield, QLD).

Absolutely fantastic service from Mackay Aircon and Solar Cleaning! We had all 4 of our air conditioners cleaned today, and honestly, they were filthy and desperately needed some attention. The team was incredibly thorough and took the time to properly clean everything rather than just giving them a quick once-over. They were professional, polite, punctual and extremely attentive to detail. You could genuinely see the difference when they were finished! I really appreciated the care and effort they put into the job, especially considering how much cleaning ours needed. Nothing was rushed, and they left everything neat and tidy. Highly recommend Mackay Aircon and Solar Cleaning! We will definitely be using them again.

Incredible service, very efficient and probably the best price in Mackay for the service provided. Highly recommend.

10/10! Absolutely amazing to deal with, great service, communication and a fantastic job! Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service skills. Called up to book in and told them Friday after lunch is realistically the only time for me as my partner finishes work early on that day. They offered to do a Saturday so I could be home, they arrived on time and got right into it. Would recommend.

Highly recommend Mackay Aircon & Solar, these guys travelled a great distance to service our property and did a fantastic job. Great communication, trustworthy and the staff members that came were super friendly and very professional. Thanks so much team!

Fantastic service from this company. Called them and was booked in for the same week. Communication was good and they arrived at the set time. Couldn't believe how much mould came out of the aircons! The techs did a great job and were clean and tidied up after themselves. Would definitely use them again.

I was reluctant to think about cleaning aircon in winter but so glad I saw the ad for here. Amazing current deal but even better was the actual service. The aircons were cleaned in such detail — got to see the gross bucket of junk we would normally breathe in, it was amazing — and the communication was amazing. I also didn't have to sit at home all day wondering what time they would show, they kept me informed the whole process. Highly recommend!

Great service, cleaned the aircon like new, amazing how much stuff comes out of the aircon. Now I turn it on and it smells fresh.

Highly recommend! They did such a good and tidy job of cleaning our aircons, and were so efficient. Also was impressed with how friendly, polite, and professional they were!

Did an awesome job — very quick and reliable. They were able to fit us in on short notice and on a Sunday! Our units are now icy cold and smell great! Highly recommend them if you need aircon cleaning! Will definitely be an annual customer.

The guys did a great job cleaning 6 aircons. They were professional, friendly and efficient. Aircons smell amazing and clean. Thanks.

Amazing service. So kind and professional and thoughtful. We had 6 aircons cleaned and my house smells amazing, thank you so much. I can't recommend them enough. I will definitely be booking again for next year.

Excellent service! The guys arrived on time and cleaned 6 air cons on a very humid day. The air cons smell amazing. Highly recommend this business.

These guys were amazing! I needed my air cons cleaned and had limited time to have them done. These guys fit me in. Aircon units are super clean and smell great. Friendly and efficient. I will recommend these guys to everyone. Thanks again.

First-class service from the initial call to the finished product from the team at Mackay Aircon & Solar Cleaning. The team were accommodating to start early in order for our patients to still run on time. Five-star recommendation on service and will be referring more people to them. Dazzling Dental Surgery Mackay.

Amazing customer service, quick and efficient — I couldn't recommend enough! Cleaned units for my workplace and the place smells amazing and clean. Great prices and communication! Thank you Dee and Damon.

I had them come clean 7 units and they were amazing, from first communication to how they left the property. Will definitely recommend.

Highly recommend. Fast, efficient, reliable. Very friendly service. Excellent communication. 4 air cons cleaned and smelling fresh. Will definitely use again. Thank you.

Very happy with the service. Customer focused, friendly and professional. Was extremely delighted with the follow up service considering we had been let down by other service providers who would not return our messages. The air conditioners are working perfectly in time for summer.
